We have a very large garden and we don't have the appropriate time to look after it.

We're looking for a young, energetic and enthusiastic worker that is willing to learn all aspects of garden maintenance. We want to give the right person the opportunity to learn and be provided with a good reference to help them in their future careers. Being a good listener, polite and in good health are important, along with a willingness to learn new things and work hard. You must be trustworthy and we require at least 2 references.

We can offer 1-2 days of work per week for a 3 month period minimum.

If agreeable to both parties this term may be extended later.

You will work every Sunday from 10am - 6pm to begin with, and after basic skills have been learned we may extend to 2 days per week, to be agreed. The pay is £64 per day (£8 per hr) and you will get 30 mins for lunch (we will provide lunch).

We're a friendly, happy family with three boys and we're experienced gardeners. We hope you will enjoy the work and your time in our garden.

Tasks will include:

- mowing lawns

- trimming hedges, trees and shrubs

- removing weeds / weed control

- tidying leaves, soil and debris

- removal of old materials (brickwork / fencing)

- leveling ground / prep

- cleaning outside windows / sweeping paths

- painting / staining sheds / fencing / garage

- laying slabs (with supervision and training)

- and more

All tools and materials will be provided by us.

We're looking to hold interviews at the end of June with a start date of Sunday 10th July.

If you are interested please email us stating what interests you about the job, along with your CV and references.
